Course Description

SYNOPSIS

The Diploma in Civil Engineering study program is designed to equip students with the theoretical knowledge, technical skills, and behaviors required in the civil engineering field. The teaching and learning activities are carried out on campus and at construction sites that cover the scope of work in the construction industry, including aspects such as the use of materials and construction technology, structural design and construction methods, laws and regulations of Local Authorities, the importance of safety and occupational health, and environmental care.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

SPM graduate

1. Malaysian
2. Have SPM or equivalent
3. Pass Malay
4. Pass History (SPM 2013 and above)
5. Pass English
6. Get THREE (3) honors in the following subjects:
1. Mathematics
2. ONE (1) Science/Technical/Vocational/STEM Elective subject
3. ONE (1) other subject that have not been taken into account
7. Candidates do not have visual (blind), hearing, speech, physical, or learning disabilities that make practical work difficult

1. Malaysian
2. Passed MQA-recognized Certificate level studies/Malaysian Skills Certificate Level 3 in a related field
