Course Description
SYNOPSIS
The diploma in Islamic Banking and Finance is designed to introduce students to the Islamic finance and financial system which are now among the fastest-growing segments of global financial services. This program provides knowledge and skills in Fiqh Muamalat, Usul Fiqh, Qawaid Fiqqiyah, Akidah Islamiyyah, Akhlak Islamiyyah, Contract in Islamic Finance, Ethics in Islam, Islamic Investment, Islamic Bank Management, Islamic Accounting, Islamic Capital Market, Islamic Economics, Islamic Financial System, etc. This program also exposes the students to the operational aspect of Islamic banking and finance and how it can fulfill the financing requirements of the customers as well as the investment. Moreover, the concept and application of Islamic products are also adequately covered.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
SPM Graduate
1. Malaysian
2. Have SPM or equivalent
3. Pass Malay
4. Pass History (SPM 2013 and above)
5. Pass English
6. Passed Mathematics
7. Get FIVE (5) honours in any subject
8. Candidates do not have visual (blindness, colour blindness), hearing, physical or learning disabilities that make practical work difficult
Graduates other than SPM
1. Malaysian
2. Passed MQA-recognized Certificate level studies/Malaysian Skills Certificate Level 3 in a related field
3. Passed SPM with a pass in Mathematics and English
4. Candidates do not have visual disabilities (blindness, colour blindness), hearing, physical or learning disabilities that make practical work difficult
